Christian Santos
Middle School Director
I was born in Bayamón, Puerto Rico, and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, which makes me a die-hard New England sports fan. I love spending time with my family, whether we’re relaxing at home or traveling to softball tournaments. I’m blessed with an amazing and supportive wife, Jessica Santos, and our high-energy crew: Eva, Eli, Asianah, and Mateo. I enjoy playing softball, shooting, skydiving, riding my motorcycle, laser engraving, and sneaking in some Xbox gaming with my son.
My faith in Christ was formed at a young age. I always believed He was real, that He died on the cross for our sins, and that He rose again three days later. My full surrender to God didn’t happen until later in life, when I learned to trust Him with every part of my life.
I ended up serving in ministry at RCF after realizing that a lot of what I was doing felt empty. Everything I wanted wasn’t what I needed, and over time those little nudges added up. Now I serve as the Middle School Youth Director and love every minute of it.
God has been showing me how much I’m growing through middle school ministry. It’s not just about teaching—it’s about learning, adapting, and connecting with students as they dive deeper into their faith.
My hope is that everyone in our church feels at home—comfortable bringing questions, worries, and everything else—so they can bring it all to God.
