"A Baby Named John"

“A Baby Named John”
Luke 1:57–66

In Luke 1:57–66, the birth of John the Baptist becomes a moment of awe and fulfilled promise. As Zechariah’s voice returns and God’s word comes to pass, the community wonders what this child will become, recognizing that the Lord’s hand is powerfully at work.

In this Advent season—when we reflect on waiting, promise, and expectation—this passage invites us to consider what we ourselves are anticipating from God. What hopes are we carrying? Where are we longing for Him to move? God often works in surprising, hope-stirring ways.

Join Pastor Caleb as he asks, “What are you expecting from God?” and leads us to trust the God who keeps His promises.
